Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to understand requirements and project plans for the EMS portfolio.
  • •Design, integrate, test, and commission advanced control systems for electric utilities to ensure performance and reliability.
  • •Install and configure EMS applications (Power Flow, State Estimator, Contingency Analysis, Optimal Power Flow) for customer environments.
  • •Conduct unit testing and tuning to meet customer and industry standards, and configure software components to contract specifications.
  • •Provide training and deliver prompt technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues on live customer systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required; a master’s degree focused on Power Systems is preferred.
  • •Coursework in Power Systems Analysis and working knowledge of Power Flow; experience with State Estimator, Contingency Analysis, Optimal Power Flow, and Stability Analysis is preferred.
  • •Ability to travel up to 20%, domestically and internationally.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • •Strong problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with capacity to manage multiple projects.
