Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and direct daily lot operations, ensuring efficient staging and movement of vehicles on the lot and through sales lanes.
  • •Coordinate daily vehicle check-in operations, directing the workflow for drivers, check-in personnel, lane captains, and other lot operations employees.
  • •Ensure proper vehicle flow from check-in to sale lanes, including stocking-in, numeration, parking, and maintaining accurate processes.
  • •Interact with customers to resolve problems and provide quality service; monitor and address lot damage with the Operations Manager.
  • •Lead and coach lot operations employees by setting procedures, preparing schedules, expediting workflows, assigning duties, monitoring accuracy, and supporting performance appraisals.

Key Requirements
