Key Responsibilities

•Inspect vehicles to determine condition and whether they can be repaired at a reasonable cost.
•Prepare repair estimates based on customer input, including special requests or requirements.
•Communicate with customers about repair status, answering questions about the repair process, and obtaining approvals.
•Coordinate with insurance companies on the repair process and estimated costs, including claims processing.
•Follow up on estimates and approvals, and misuse estimation follow-up with customers.

Key Requirements

•Automotive diploma or equivalent.
•4–5 years of experience estimating repairs in the same scope.
•Proficiency in Arabic and English.
•Computer skills including MS Office Suite.
•Customer service and strong oral communication, time management, and understanding of mechanical/technical terms and safe working methods.
