Key Responsibilities

  • •Build trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders to define and implement strategy across Notion products.
  • •Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems into hypotheses and detailed business cases with quantitative models.
  • •Define and manage key drivers of business performance to identify opportunities and incorporate them into plans.
  • •Assess competitive positioning using insights from peer businesses to inform recommendations.
  • •Uncover customer and market insights to guide leadership recommendations and scalable solution development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of strategy experience, including 2+ years in management consulting or a related field.
  • •Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills for decisions affecting products and the business.
  • •Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication skills to operate independently with senior stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency and enthusiasm for AI tools, including hands-on experimentation with modern models and workflows.
  • •Data self-sufficiency, including working knowledge of SQL to access, assess, and synthesize relevant data.
