Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop channel-specific DTC assortments aligned with consumer demand, business objectives, and market opportunities.
  • •Monitor retail channel product performance and provide fact-based insights and recommendations for category targets, inventory productivity, margin, stock turn, and sales.
  • •Analyze channel performance, consumer insights, and market trends to optimize assortment breadth, depth, and localization.
  • •Prepare seasonal hindsight/foresight and product opportunity analyses to support GTM processes and demand forecasting.
  • •Collaborate with Retail Planning and Allocation teams on receipt-chasing or reflow actions and ensure timely, accurate structured reporting while driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced understanding of retail mathematics and Open to Buy.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret multiple data points across channels and market segments.
  • •A foundation in replenishment, allocations, merchandising, and/or retail fashion store management.
  • •Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • •Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and graphs.
