Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle and answer People-related questions in the People support system.
  • •Support team mates, managers, and colleagues with People-related questions and projects.
  • •Handle inquiries from authorities and the unemployment insurance fund (A-kassa, Försäkringskassa).
  • •Process and investigate People-related matters, including signing and following up on employment contracts for riders.
  • •Manage vacation, sick leave, and absence applications and perform payroll tasks.
