  • •Provide administrative support to ICE immigration officials, including records management and document preparation.
  • •Prepare, review, and maintain case files and ensure A-files and ICE systems reflect accurate, updated case status.
  • •Enter and manage case data in ICE systems while maintaining compliance with federal privacy and data security requirements.
  • •Retrieve, compile, and organize court and conviction records from multiple databases and government sources; generate case status reports and dashboards.
  • •Coordinate docket activity with EOIR and USCIS and support removal and post-removal documentation, scheduling, and case closure in ICE data systems.

Key Requirements

  • •US citizen and have resided in the U.S. for the last five years.
  • •At least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • •3+ years of experience in immigration case management support or related social services/human services, prisoner and probation, healthcare case management, or similar industries.
  • •Obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE Government clearance; pass background and drug tests, and work on-site with travel 25% of the time.
