Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess on-prem hosts and perform discovery across business processes, compute resources, dependencies, and runtime patterns to determine migration readiness.
  • •Analyze workloads for functionality, criticality, resiliency, and interruption tolerance, then plan appropriate cloud compute placement and capacity.
  • •Execute UAT and production parallel testing, compare results, capture evidence, and troubleshoot discrepancies through closure.
  • •Tune and optimize migrated workloads for stability, scalability, efficiency, and production readiness, and manage release readiness and deployments.
  • •Support legacy host decommissioning and design automation frameworks and AI-assisted solutions to enable repeatable, large-scale cloud migrations.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of hands-on engineering experience in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • •Professional proficiency in Python or Java (or similar programming/scripting) plus strong Unix/Linux fundamentals.
  • •Familiarity with SDLC practices, CI/CD delivery models, change management, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
  • •Hands-on experience with AWS compute and migration patterns, including ECS, EKS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
