Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with Sales and Customer Onboarding Specialists to ensure a smooth transition into adopting Clio.
  • •Perform data transformations and imports from various sources into Clio products, including escalated processing cases.
  • •Provide superb customer service throughout the data migration process.
  • •Manage multiple client cases at a time while meeting tasks and deadlines.
  • •Contribute to customer-facing knowledge articles and partner with teams to develop and test data transformation processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Deliver high-quality customer experience throughout data migration sessions, with strong empathy and communication skills.
