Commis II (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and executing simple cooking tasks under supervision. Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality, plating, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization across work areas, manage stock rotation and inventory to reduce waste, and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Coordinate with kitchen staff to keep orders on time, monitor cooking processes, and participate in training to improve culinary skills.
