  • •Manage and develop an inclusive, high-performing inbound planning team, including performance targets, feedback, recognition, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
  • •Plan the flow of finished goods from origins to ports and into U.S. and Canada distribution or direct delivery, ensuring on-time availability.
  • •Serve as key liaison to cross-functional teams (e.g., account operations, direct ship, inbound destination teams) to manage priorities and exceptions accurately.
  • •Develop and track reporting and KPIs that measure achievement of team objectives and supply chain targets.
  • •Own and maintain inbound processes and data quality (MDD/IPI/DCI) and lead hold-at-origin from a market lens to control early/late shipments.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage and nurture an inclusive, high-performing team with at least 2 years of people management experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience in a supply chain management function, with international transportation/logistics exposure.
  • •Strong knowledge of supply chain mechanics and flow of goods from sourcing to customer, including operational planning.
  • •Strong ERP/WMS experience, specifically SAP and WMS systems.
  • •Fluent English (oral and written) with strong communication, presentation, analytical, and process-thinking skills.
