•Drive the performance, scalability, and reliability of the CI/CD platform.
•Optimize engineering workflows to reduce build and test latency and improve developer feedback loops.
•Design scalable automation that increases developer productivity while maintaining release quality and reliability.
•Optimize distributed build systems, caching strategies, test execution, and resource utilization to improve engineering efficiency.
•Partner with software teams to streamline development workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and establish standards plus observability for CI/CD health.

Key Requirements

•6+ years (Senior) or 10+ years (Staff) experience in build engineering, developer productivity, DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
•Strong programming experience in Python, Go, Bash, or similar automation languages.
•Hands-on CI/CD expertise using tools such as GitHub Actions, Buildkite, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Bazel, Buck2, or CMake.
•Experience supporting Linux development environments and large-scale software engineering workflows.
