Seeking a versatile, high-energy Brands Event Coordinator to manage international events and brand activations. You will lead end-to-end execution, coordinate with global venues and vendors, manage complex calendars and travel, oversee budgets and reporting, and ensure consistent brand voice across English and Spanish markets while supporting the company’s fintech initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end execution of international events from concept and booth design through on-site execution and post-event reporting
•Serve as the primary liaison between global venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
•Manage calendars, travel logistics, complex scheduling, and event logistics (Finance & Budget coordination)
•Support the Expansion Team with budget reconciliation, expense tracking, and detailed performance reporting
•Coordinate internal logistics (meetings, travel) and ensure consistent brand voice in internal and external communications across English and Spanish-speaking markets

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or Hospitality & Tourism Management
•Willingness and availability to travel when required
•5+ years of proven success in global corporate events or the professional event industry
•Native or professional proficiency in English and Spanish (Italian bonus)
•Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office with ability to adopt new project management tools
