Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the post-show sorting of all recycling, composting, and landfill materials.
  • •Serve as an ambassador to band members to explain their role in achieving venue sustainability goals.
  • •Engage fans and encourage participation in sustainability programs through activities or education.
  • •Participate in Zero Waste training.
  • •Partner with the Venue Sustainability Manager as part of the venue operations team.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to spend about 90% of the time walking, bending, reaching, stooping, lifting, and carrying 50 lbs.
  • •About 65% of the time spent sorting recycling, composting, and landfill materials.
  • •Must work well with other departments.
  • •Experience in events; zero waste events are a plus.
  • •Positive attitude and ability to execute sustainability programs.
