•Lead or contribute to process optimization and loss elimination projects using Unified Problem Solving (UPS) methodology.
•Identify and eliminate losses and inefficiencies through root cause analysis and streamlined process improvements.
•Drive proper execution of HS&E and Quality standards and support adoption of digital solutions.
•Leverage data management and visualization tools to analyze trends and generate actionable insights.
•Support daily production line activities, build long-term capability, and coach Equipment Operators.

Salary: USD 85,000 - 122,200 annually

•Have a BS/MS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical preferred).
•0-5 years of relevant work experience.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement solutions.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
•Willing to relocate during your career and travel occasionally.
