Job Summary

Operate and monitor high-speed production machinery while meeting product quality and safety standards. Maintain continuous product flow, use computer screens and HMI touch interfaces, and support OEE by interpreting line data and making adjustments. Complete line inspections and reports using laptops/tablets, assist with line changeovers, and keep work areas and equipment clean. Work flex 12-hour shifts during peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) and complete forklift certification as applicable.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
•Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multi-tasking and troubleshooting, using critical thinking.
•Interfaces with Allen Bradley PLC controllers and touch screen devices.
•Must complete forklift certification (as applicable).
