Teller/Client Services Representative (Vault Teller/CSR)

Deliver quality customer service by handling routine over-the-counter transactions, processing new account activity, and assisting clients with account selection and related service issues. Balance cash drawer and vault operations daily, maintain accurate records in the general ledger, and support safe deposit and night depository duties. Cross-sell bank products, investigate and resolve client questions or errors, and follow applicable compliance regulations and security precautions.
