Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage, coach, and develop a studio team to achieve test drive, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • •Prioritize customer service and lead the studio team in delivering the Lucid customer experience across the studio floor and test drives.
  • •Set individual goals, establish processes and routines, and track performance for lead generation and studio target attainment.
  • •Oversee studio operations end-to-end (reservation through delivery), including scheduling, merchandising/inventory display, and facility/showroom presentation.
  • •Serve as a senior studio associate for high-potential customers and manage VIP clientele and follow-ups on leads.

Key Requirements
