Associate Marketing Coordinator (Chicagoland Area)

Support the regional marketing team by coordinating and executing assigned events, managing logistics, deadlines, purchasing, promotions, and deliverables. Help drive event registrations by promoting events in Marketo and maintaining registration lists and event calendars. Coordinate event supplies and shipping, communicate updates with marketing and regional Sales teams, and provide onsite support as needed. Use strong organization and communication to increase engagement through pre-, at-, and post-event strategy.
