Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology (manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • •At least one year of leadership experience in a team leader/temp manager/large-scale cross-functional project/program management/formal manager role (or completion of the internal course “Exploring Leadership”).
  • •1+ years’ experience leading multi-disciplined, complex engineering projects and teams across multiple organizations.
  • •1+ years’ experience in assembly, automation, and/or production support.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; a final U.S. Secret clearance post-start is required.
