Key Requirements

  • •Solid knowledge of requirements engineering techniques (elicitation, analysis, specification, validation), with IREB CPRE Foundation Level certification as a plus.
  • •Practical experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and with Jira and Confluence.
  • •Strong analytical and conceptual thinking to structure complex business problems and communicate them clearly.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
  • •2–3 years of professional experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or comparable role, ideally in IT or financial services.
