Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site support for UPS systems, batteries, and power distribution solutions, including emergency repairs, startup services, and preventative maintenance.
  • •Deliver trusted technical expertise to ensure peak performance and reliability for mission-critical facilities and complex energy management challenges.
  • •Travel daily to customer sites from a home office and occasionally stay overnight as needed.
  • •Participate in annual safety audits and ongoing compliance programs, following company/customer safety rules.
  • •Collaborate with Field Service Technicians and take direction from on-site leads when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Two (2) years of power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics experience (including relevant coursework and internship experience).
  • •Must have a current, unrestricted driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record; designated as a Regular Driver.
  • •Must undergo and pass customer entrance requirements as needed, including periodic background checks and drug screenings.
  • •Must be able to perform physical tasks as needed (including assisted lifting/carrying 50+ lbs.) and handle daily travel to customer sites.
