Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the General Contractor’s electrical construction activities and provide schedule-status reporting to the project owner.
  • •Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders, ensuring consistent delivery to the client.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slip, and forecast/update key milestones.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.
  • •Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders, including rapid RFIs response and constructability guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in data center construction or with an electrical contractor.
  • •Experience with substation and power distribution systems.
  • •Familiarity with MEP design.
  • •Proficiency managing construction documents (e.g., specifications, contract drawings, equipment submittals, RFIs) and using project management tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Procore/P6/CxAlloy).
