Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate and maintain weekly inventory compliance and operational performance reports for multiple clients at auctions.
  • •Monitor logistics moves and obtain research notes on out-of-compliance unit movements.
  • •Coordinate vehicle pickup and transportation requests, including transport quotes and door-to-door communication and billing.
  • •Create, update, and manage transportation and pickup documentation, ensure required documents are provided, and track movement from pickup to delivery.
  • •Process transportation, storage, and vehicle release fee payment requests by reviewing invoices, coordinating with finance/accounting, submitting requests in systems, and arranging check delivery.
