Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a primary technical advisor for Key Accounts, building deep relationships with customer engineering leads, product architects, and technical decision-makers.
  • •Design scalable B2B and B2C customer identity architectures aligned to customer business and security objectives.
  • •Deliver hands-on PoCs, demos, and technical walkthroughs (e.g., Auth0 Universal Login branding, OAuth grant flow implementations, Auth0 Actions).
  • •Test, validate, and demonstrate Auth0 and Okta REST APIs using tools like Postman, including integration and troubleshooting support.
  • •Provide best practices and technical enablement for customer developers and engineers, and generate repeatable code samples, Postman collections, and architectural guides.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of related professional experience (or 4+ with a Master’s), including 3+ years as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Developer Advocate.
  • •3+ years of customer identity (CIAM), API security, web/mobile authentication, or modern application development experience.
  • •BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •Deep practical mastery of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC), plus SAML 2.0 federation.
  • •Advanced REST API prototyping and troubleshooting experience using tools like Postman, webhooks, and Auth0/Okta developer workflows.
