Sales Support Associate II

Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the cash wrap and support an organized, well-maintained sales floor. Operate POS accurately, process and organize shipments and transfers, manage stock levels, and execute visual merchandising updates. Serve as a brand ambassador, suggest add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and follow Loss Prevention and housekeeping guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment.
