Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage opportunities and support sales teams with multi-site rollout and managed services proposals, contracts, pricing, and negotiation.
  • •Respond to RFPs/RFQs/proactive bids, develop win strategies, perform competitor evaluation, and create differentiated value propositions.
  • •Lead architecture and execution strategy for deployment across multiple sites, partnering with delivery to ensure standardized configurations.
  • •Engineer solutions for network refresh projects, structured cabling (copper and fiber), and coordinated Wi‑Fi site surveys and access point replacement/refresh plans to minimize downtime.
  • •Define support models and resource planning for Smart Hands and design scalable SLA-based frameworks for on-demand support across IT infrastructure domains.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in a customer/client-facing technical role (Pre/Post Sales, Sales Engineering, Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Service Delivery) with strong network architecture knowledge.
  • •4+ years developing multi-site rollout and/or managed services solutions, including Smart Hands and on-demand support frameworks.
  • •Experience solutioning deals across structured cabling (copper and fiber), Wi‑Fi site surveys, and access point replacement/refresh projects.
  • •Understanding of managed services pricing models (e.g., per port, resource-based, ticket-based, onsite/remote/hybrid) and strong bid/project management skills.
  • •Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent experience; ITIL/COBIT training and certifications are a plus.
