  • •Drive onboarding & implementation sprints to help customers hit value milestones within 20–30 days, including coordination, communication, and progress tracking.
  • •Partner with senior leads on executive-facing deliverables (journey maps, readouts, and change deployment sessions).
  • •Spot friction in the implementation process and propose fixes to improve the playbook.
  • •Relay field learnings back to Product and Sales to shape product improvements and customer outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in consulting, deployments, customer success, or transformation-adjacent work.
  • •Hands-on experience running structured workstreams, with comfort scoping ambiguous problems and executing without perfect information.
  • •Understanding of operational design and process engineering, including knowing how to set the right level of structure.
  • •Ability to communicate across levels and facilitate work such as executive readouts, storytelling, and user journey design.
