Key Responsibilities

•Lead risk assessment, audit planning and scoping for global integration activities related to Zurich Cover-More
•Develop high-quality audit reports with clear business impact and root causes, leveraging data analytics and IT fundamentals
•Collaborate with Group Audit, regional centres of excellence and stakeholders to deliver timely audit outcomes
•Manage day-to-day relationships with stakeholders, guiding teams and ensuring delivery to high quality standards
•Apply innovative audit approaches, including GenAI and Agile methods, to improve audit effectiveness

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or professional qualification (CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent, MBA or equivalent)
•6+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance within the Insurance industry or +8 years of experience in Insurance business positions
•Good understanding of the insurance business; travel insurance experience is a plus
•Strong understanding of Internal Audit Standards and methodology and internal control frameworks; strong report writing skills
•Fluent English; another European language is a plus
