Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve client issues across accounts, coordinating with auction teams and stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain communication with auction departments to organize client inventory and complete reconditioning services.
  • •Inspect vehicles in the sales lineup, complete condition reports and imaging audits, and create reconditioning estimates to improve vehicle value.
  • •Educate clients on auction processes and act as a liaison, including recommending or upselling Manheim/CAI products and services based on client needs.
  • •Maintain compliance with Cox standards, SLAs, PII policies, NAAA guidelines, and safety procedures; assist with documentation for redemptions and related tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, or a degree/certification above high school plus 1 year, or 5 years of related work experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving ability.
  • •Physical ability and mental acuity to execute duties within required timeframes.
  • •Preferred: self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
  • •Preferred: excellent verbal and written communication and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
