Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate equipment to maintain safe, efficient operations and meet quality and production requirements.
  • •Drive maintenance, quality, and production during tooling setup, profiling, and start-up for new and existing tooling.
  • •Troubleshoot profile-related problems and assist with recurring defect resolution caused by improper profiles.
  • •Maintain master profiles and documentation, including master profile sheets and mechanical setup/change-over sheets.
  • •Develop and coordinate technical training and work instructions for Two Step operations, and support changeover/mechanical setup teams.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •5+ years’ experience in PET manufacturing.
  • •Strong machine/mechanical knowledge and understanding of downstream equipment operations.
  • •Working knowledge of PET carbonated and non-carbonated containers and quality product specifications/controls methods.
  • •Previous operating and profiling experience with Husky machines; able to work flexible hours/shifts and independently solve problems.
