Shift Supervisor

Supervise store operations during your shift, ensuring picking processes run correctly while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate the team, resolve in-shift conflicts, and ensure appropriate staffing in communication with the Store Manager. Support store administration including inventory management, shrink control, billing, people, and maintenance. Oversee receiving and dispatch, product receiving quality and expiration checks, and help with cyclical counts and team training to drive operational excellence.
