Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain profitable, long-term customer relationships and drive parts and service sales in the assigned territory.
  • •Manage account credit information, assist with collections for past-due receivables, and ensure sales paperwork is processed.
  • •Clearly communicate manufacturer warranties, submit parts and service contract proposals, and achieve product market goals.
  • •Provide timely and accurate customer activity, lead progress, and market intelligence to the CRM or other database.
  • •Build customer call plans, participate in customer meetings, cooperate with internal teams, and provide sales/revenue forecasts and supply contract recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Self-motivated with a strong sales drive and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • •Strong computer skills and ability to use CRM and other databases for timely, accurate reporting.
  • •Heavy equipment or technical background is a plus, including the ability to perform machine inspections involving climbing, bending, stooping, and crawling.
  • •Strong commitment to safety plus excellent time management, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
