Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop an AI training coach that provides grounded, context-aware guidance for learning Hivemind concepts, products, and workflows.
  • •Create tooling that turns learning objectives and product changes into high-quality workshops, labs, and assessments.
  • •Partner with autonomy experts to produce deeply technical curricula tailored to engineers and other technical learners.
  • •Build prompt-based and LLM-based tooling to automate the upgrade and improvement of training and educational materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience integrating large language models and generative AI APIs, including retrieval-augmented generation, agents, prompt workflows, or AI automation into production or enterprise environments.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals, including API design, testing, observability, documentation, secure coding, maintainable architecture, and operational ownership.
  • •Professional proficiency in Python and the ability to read, debug, and create credible examples in modern C++.
  • •Experience building developer education or technical learning platforms, including hands-on labs, workshops, and enablement material for technical audiences.
