Key Responsibilities

  • •Review legal and administrative documentation for new, renewed, and increased loans to ensure alignment with approved loan structures.
  • •Determine waiver action required when documentation deficiencies are discovered before loan funding is allowed.
  • •Monitor existing documentation deficiencies and the receipt of time-sensitive documentation during the term of all loans using a computer system.
