Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute component risk assessment for new PPAP tasks to determine PPAP level requested from suppliers.
  • •Notify suppliers and internal peers of PPAP level and send PPAP package (PSW complete file) while handling PPAP tasks in Windchill.
  • •Evaluate PPAPs according to engineering drawings and Trane specifications, including dimensional and compliance checks and functional testing results.
  • •Perform fit, form and function activities and coordinate approval signatures with Manufacturing Engineers, Product Engineers, Production Supervisors, and SQE.
  • •Conduct technical quality assurance inspections and audits, participate in root cause analysis, and maintain NCM documentation and reporting updates.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree in a technical field preferred.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience working in quality areas.
