Job Summary

Provide end-to-end HR support in France for a multinational consulting firm, ensuring compliance with French labor law, managing contracts, payroll coordination, and liaison with HR centers of excellence. You’ll work with HR Business Partners and managers to deploy programs, drive employee experience, and manage the employment lifecycle in a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the lifecycle of employees based in France, including onboarding, status changes, and departures, as well as pre-employment formalities and occupational health activities.
•Draft and administer employment contracts, amendments, attestations and other HR documents.
•Ensure compliance with French labor law, applicable collective agreements (where relevant), and HR policies and procedures.
•Monitor probation periods, key milestones, and renewals; collaborate with managers to ensure timely implementation and documentation.
•Provide practical guidance to employees and managers on policies, procedures and workplace questions; support performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions and separations in collaboration with HR leadership and Legal.

Key Requirements

•3-7 years progressive HR experience in France, with mastery of French labor law, employment contracts, leave management, and CSE procedures.
•Experience coordinating with payroll providers and benefits administration.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
•Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
•French fluency and professional English.
