Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Screening & Decisioning Services across Visa Acceptance Solutions.
  • •Build and scale a unified end-to-end screening and decisioning solution from application through decisioning and ongoing monitoring.
  • •Establish and execute product roadmap across merchant onboarding, underwriting, eligibility, eCheck, BNPL, Instant Payouts, lending, and other risk screening domains.
  • •Lead and develop a team of Product Managers across the product lifecycle, from opportunity identification through commercialization, launch, and optimization.
  • •Define decisioning engine capabilities (orchestration, workflow management, rules management, AI/ML decisioning, manual review, exceptions, auditability, governance, APIs) and drive commercialization into a standalone SaaS offering.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 10+ years with an advanced degree such as Masters/MBA/JD/MD, or 5+ years with a PhD).
  • •8+ years of product management experience, including leading teams and large-scale platform, SaaS, or services initiatives.
  • •5+ years of people management experience leading Product Managers and building high-performing teams.
  • •Experience building or managing onboarding, underwriting, risk, fraud, screening, identity, compliance, decisioning, workflow, or SaaS products.
  • •Strong understanding of payments and merchant acquiring ecosystems, including gateways/PSPs, onboarding, underwriting, and risk management.
