Key Responsibilities

•Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing analytics team, coaching the structure and solving of complex logistics problems.
•Partner with logistics leadership to translate business priorities into high-impact analytical initiatives and shape the analytics roadmap.
•Design composite performance metrics, enhance semantic data models, and collaborate with Analytics Engineering and AI COE teams to build scalable, self-serve agentic AI data products.
•Apply operations research and causal impact quantification methods to inform strategic trade-offs and identify efficiency opportunities.
•Own logistics analytics outcomes end-to-end and synthesize KPIs, trends, and performance drivers into executive-ready narratives and recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience) with 8+ years in analytics/data science and a track record of building and leading teams.
•Proven impact in logistics, supply chain, or operations analytics, improving cost, efficiency, and service performance.
•Strong technical depth in SQL and Python, with experience in statistical modeling, experimentation (A/B testing/causal inference), and operations research (simulations, optimization).
•Experience building scalable data products or analytical solutions using AI tooling, including ML-based forecasting methods.
•Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing without authority, and driving cross-functional alignment in fast-paced environments.
