Job Summary

Oversee banking operations teams to deliver strong client experience and measurable performance. Lead the team’s charter and talent development while coaching leaders on priorities, timeframes, and effective controls. Partner with operational transformation teams to implement process and product changes, provide risk oversight through policy/procedure updates, and ensure proactive vendor monitoring and business continuity. Drive operational efficiency, KPI reporting, and regulatory compliance across deposit and related banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee operations team(s) and ensure qualitative and quantitative results, policy adherence, documentation, and accurate recordkeeping.
•Monitor and report service level standards, notable trends, and KPIs; execute data-driven changes to drive performance.
•Ensure first-line-of-defense quality and risk controls are met and that regulatory and industry/clearinghouse requirements are satisfied; serve as point of contact with Audit, SOX, and Compliance.
•Provide technical and operational support on enterprise projects for internal partners and manage appropriate escalation.
•Lead and develop the team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and training; improve operating efficiency and scalability while controlling expenses.

•Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations and loan administration/treasury management and/or commercial banking products and services.
•Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory, risk, and legal compliance obligations and industry standards, including unclaimed property processing and IRS tax reporting/withholding.
