  • •Partner with shared services and market leadership to set operational strategic plans, annual objectives, and KPIs.
  • •Serve as a senior liaison between the product line, other business units, corporate, and external stakeholders for operational areas.
  • •Partner with program management to deliver Duals product implementations and lead improvement initiatives.
  • •Facilitate Duals/DSNP implementations, including SMAC requirements, MMP conversions, and DSNP RFPs; lead integration and coordinate Duals capital program requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Management, or related field required, or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years operations, management, project management or administration experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • •Demonstrated leadership related to Duals and/or Medicare strongly preferred.
  • •Travel up to 25% required.
  • •Experience guiding transformational change, including process improvements, policies, and operating model updates.
