Cosmetic Team Lead

Supervise hourly associates in a Carvana Inspection Center to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality targets for vehicle reconditioning. Manage safe movement of vehicles, oversee day-to-day operations, coach and performance-manage the team, and ensure adherence to policies and quality control standards. Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, lead repair-or-reject decisions with cost/quality considerations, and train associates to complete repairs effectively the first time while minimizing rework.
