Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner daily with Maritime business line leaders to provide finance expertise and fractional CFO-level support.
  • •Manage forecasting and budgeting processes and oversee division, business line, product, and program-level financial reporting.
  • •Evaluate financial performance by analyzing actuals vs forecasts, highlighting trends and investigating variances.
  • •Improve business performance by working with senior finance leaders to upgrade finance systems, tools, and processes.
  • •Manage and scale a finance team, including executive-level reporting, KPI dashboard ownership, customer program reporting, invoicing, and monthly status reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 193,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus.
  • •5-10 years of finance experience in Defense, Large Manufacturing, or Government contracting, including 3-5 years in a leadership position.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis, plus experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion/EPM/ERP, Foundry).
  • •Demonstrated ability to own finance problems end-to-end and drive outcomes through critical analysis and precision.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States and security clearance eligible.
