Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate between commercial/bids and corporate treasury for review and approval of bank guarantee text for bid submission.
  • •Arrange bank support letters and liaise with corporate treasury/banks for bank guarantee issuance.
  • •Monitor and update banks for annual facility renewals; resolve receipt/payment and bank guarantee-related issues.
  • •Review and sign off petty cash reimbursement claims and treasury receipt journal monthly in line with SOX controls.
  • •Maintain treasury-related SOX compliance, manage cash flow by periodic account funding, and support ad hoc treasury requests; use treasury products and systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) from an internationally recognized institute.
  • •Around 4–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • •Good understanding of banking functions and treasury activities.
  • •Ability to multi-task and manage a tight reporting schedule.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
