Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare performance reports to support e-catalogue strategies and maximize sales opportunities while maintaining an appropriate metier mix.
  • •Lead sales strategy and performance for assigned metiers, monitoring product offer KPIs and managing sales-mix balance.
  • •Manage shared stock operations, including product selection, stock eligibility checks, and order/transfer processing requests.
  • •Ensure correct products are published on the website aligned to commercial and communication priorities, and partner with E-Visual Merchandisers on product grid layouts.
  • •Coordinate with Hermès Group Digital and local teams (Retail Merchandising, Communication, Stores) to support omnichannel strategy and brand site needs.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of experience in e-merchandising is preferred (a diverse digital career is also valued).
  • •Proficiency in data analysis, including advanced Excel skills, dashboard management, and e-commerce software.
  • •Strong interest in and knowledge of the luxury and fashion industries.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, humble working style.
  • •Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
