Key Responsibilities

  • •Review client-submitted documentation to ensure compliance with insurance requirements using the Confluence checklist and placement process
  • •Follow up with clients for missing or non-compliant documents and escalate to Commercial team leaders when necessary
  • •Submit policies via insurer portals and email, and follow up with insurers to ensure placement completion
  • •Update and monitor the Salesforce Policy Placement Dashboard daily to track compliance and turnaround time
  • •Track and update placement accuracy data across client, operations, and insurer fields
