•Act as primary client advisor by recommending banking, borrowing, and investment solutions and assembling the extended advisory team.
•Review and analyze personal and business financial data to understand client needs and capture goals in a financial plan.
•Prepare and deliver client presentations with consultative reviews and proactive regular contact.
•Meet or exceed individual sales goals by expanding existing relationships, closing referrals, and capturing new growth business.
•Maintain a disciplined prospecting pipeline using internal and external referrals and participate in community organizations to source opportunities.

Salary: USD 116,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7 years of demonstrated sales and business development experience with proven results.
•Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience (or equivalent experience required).
•Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs using financial data and relationship review processes.
•Ability to recommend banking, borrowing, and investment solutions that align to clients’ financial goals.
•Knowledge of financial wealth management services and products, including competitive products.
