Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards while meeting audit targets.
  • •Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues using Root Cause Analysis, identify error patterns, and provide actionable feedback to Operational Guidelines & Standards teams.
  • •Provide expert judgment on complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases by interpreting safety guidelines and validating benchmark data (“golden sets”).
  • •Lead calibration sessions for consistency across moderation teams and partner with BPO Partners, PPS, PS, and OGS teams to drive global quality goals.
  • •Leverage AI, QA dashboards, and RCA/calibration tools to produce comprehensive weekly and monthly reports and support training/policy cascades for new policy changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven expertise conducting analytical audits and maintaining data integrity within a trust and safety, compliance, or high-volume operational environment.
  • •Strong Root Cause Analysis skills to identify trend patterns and propose process optimizations that reduce error rates while maintaining high-speed moderation.
  • •Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication skills to lead calibration sessions and deliver training to align on global quality goals.
  • •Fluency in Russian and English, with Russian required for interacting with local content and stakeholders in the Russian market.
