Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 12-month training program including safety training and Honeywell UOP technology/process instruction.
  • •Perform on-the-job work in 2–3 rotational assignments across operations, engineering, process transformation, and technical service.
  • •Transfer to Field Operating Service for at least 3–5 years and support international and domestic customer assignments as a process engineer and advisor.
  • •Conduct detailed checkout of new UOP process units prior to initial startup to ensure conformity to specifications, then provide field technical assistance and support.
  • •Troubleshoot, analyze operating and lab data, provide recommendations and feedback on process designs, and transfer technology by advising customers on operating procedures and variables.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering (or similar) from an accredited college or university.
  • •Must have graduated or be graduating between August 2026 and May 2027 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2026 and July 2027.
  • •Must have obtained the degree within 12 months of the date of hire.
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum/refugee status due to U.S. export control laws.
