Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct budget estimates to support feasibility studies using parametric cost analysis.
  • •Review designs across project stages (Concept, SD, DD & IFC), prepare quantity take-offs, and develop a quantified BOQ cost breakdown.
  • •Manage procurement and contracting strategies, including RFP revisions, bid evaluations, cost negotiations, and contract preparation.
  • •Administer change control: document design changes, value change orders, negotiate with the GC, and process for client approval and budget adjustment.
  • •Lead and manage a cost management team, ensuring margin targets, timely T&T invoice processing, QA/QC compliance, and weekly/bi-weekly commercial meeting leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •8-12 years of professional experience related to Cost Management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a degree relevant to the role.
  • •RICS and/or AACE certifications/memberships.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • •Strong Microsoft skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint & PowerBi, CostX, and Knowledge of AutoCAD.
